• Each team is allowed only one submission.

  • Each team can have up to 4 members.

  • Projects may not be started before November 6th, 7:30 pm.

  • Projects must be submitted before November 8th,12:00 pm. No late submissions will be accepted.

  • The use of AI to create visuals is not allowed. Any other AI usage must be documented and submitted with the final project.

  • Teams may only request feedback from mentors during scheduled feedback sessions.

  • Teams must attend scheduled mentor sessions or provide a minimum of 3 hours notice to cancel. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
